ACCOUNTABILITY

I know you hate that word, but in any real change you make you have to face the big "A" word.

I'm not going to sugar coat it:

With weight loss, accountability comes in the form of tracking your calories.

Don't go! Don't go! Stay there I have a great way to do this!

You are going to need an excel spreadsheet to track what you eat each day. You can download the one I have been using here:

If you don't have excel you can use A google doc spreadsheet. It's free and online. I like this option anyway as it goes to work with me wherever I am!

Now, remember with calorie tracking that google is your friend. Here's an example:

I ate a small apple today, so simply go to google type in "small apple calories" . Or just click on that little link I gave to you. Now simply click on the first link available. There you go small apple with skin 55 calories.

Now open up the spreadsheet I provided and type small apple under the snacks category.

What has really helped me is to leave that open on your computer the entire day! That way it's easier to remember.
