Healthy Cooking Tips I Pizza
Make it yourself!
So if you've been reading my blog you'll notice that I mentioned a friend of mind that had lost 70 pounds. He's a HUGE pizza fan.
One night he had my wife and I over for dinner and made a cheese pizza for the kids and a veggie pizza for us. It was the BEST pizza I had ever had - and I am a meat pizza kinda guy!
That doesn't mean you have to make a veggie pizza, but if you are adding the ingredients, then you know what they are and how many calories are in them.

Anyway, since my friend made that pizza for us, we've had more pizza at home then ever, and we're still losing weight!
