Welcome to my Weight Loss Blog!  

Hopefully you are here because you have a desire to lose weight or are focused on keeping yourself healthy! (Or maybe you just want to read how a chubby guy finally lost weight)!  If that's you then you have come to the right place!

I decided to setup this blog after I had success losing weight!  If you are in a rush, then I'd suggest you start with reading my five step process in the menu above.  It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get through all of them.

If you have a little more time, then please read through my tips and journey through weight loss as well as the five steps that have helped me lose weight and keep it off!
