EASY REPLACEMENTS III

I'll try to add a few of these each day but here's some more easy replacements.

Replace Cottage Cheese with Low-fat Cottage Cheese.

Doing this you can have a half a cup of cottage cheese for only 90 calories! This is great for a snack or side dish.

Replace Sour Cream with Low-Fat Sour cream

Notice I'm giving you all the easy ones. I've done that on purpose! Make these small changes and you'll still be able to eat a lot of what you like to eat already! Low-Fat sour cream has about half the calories of regular sour cream! If you like to cake it on this can be an especially good tip!
